Exchange / Return Policy
An easy 15 day* return policy
The product returns will be considered under the following circumstances;
Clause I: In case you want to exchange product – you can simply exchange the product with us, in an unused condition with intact Tags & original Invoice, within 15 days* of its receipt. The policy provides customers with freedom to exchange, goods in unused condition without assigning any reason behind the exchange.
(*15 days refer to the day you have received the product)
*Note: Shipping cost (from YWC WH/HO to customer’s address and from customer’s address to YWC WH/HO) of goods returned under the above stated clause shall not be borne by Suditi Industries Ltd.(ywcclothing). The cost shall be deducted from the paid amount & refund shall be made accordingly.
- The customer has the option of Exchange/Refund for the product within this scheme.
- The customer can either return the product to the Suditi Industries Ltd warehouse.
- Warehouse manager will be taking a call on the sale-ability of the product further and basis that will be initiating a refund/exchange for the product immediately.
Reverse Pick-up: We do not charge for reverse pickup from customer unless retuning or exchange of product. In case we are unable to pick up the product due to restrictions by the logistic partner, the product can be couriered back to us (packed properly) on the below mentioned address along with an email at email@example.com with reason & dispatch details.

Clause II: Exchange product as per Clause I will be dispatched to the customer only after our Quality Check (QC) team will confirm that the products are sale-able and in appropriate condition.
Clause III: Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as Colour bleeding, sewing defect or sizing defects, shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by Suditi Industries Ltd. within 15 days, if delayed, returns will not be accepted. All rights & decisions lay with the company employee.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), the customer has the option of Exchange/Refunding the product.
As per clause III sewing defect refers to open seams, erroneous thread tension and raw edges. sizing defect refers to wrong gradation of sizes, difference in measurement of a garments.
*Note: The order will be exchanged only within 15 working days, there will be no exchanges or returns made under any circumstances after the mentioned date.
On cancellation/Returns: Your refund will be in the form of E-VOUCHER which shall be sent on your email id after quality at our warehouse/HO. Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount spent and only then refunded.
Process of Refund/exchange:
In case of refund or exchange, customer should fill in the details on the website by mentioning the reason of the return or mail us at email id.
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the form of an e-voucher/credit in your wallet which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

*Note: We do not accept partial order cancellation. In such cases, customer needs to cancel his complete order & place a new one.
Shipment in India. We charge minimal of Rs 149 for shipping & free shipping on orders above Rs 999. Tax will be charged on & above the product value. We strive to ensure timely delivery of orders within 5 - 7 working days, however, during festive seasons, EOSS or promotional sales it requires 10 - 15 days. In case of any further detail, you shall be notified via email or sms. International Shipping is currently unavailable on our website.
